Quality： The product quality is very good. Design： The design is exactly what we requested and of very good quality. Service： The service was very good and friendly. Delivery： The delivery was on time and as expected. Problems: The quantities were not as agreed upon in a few cases.
The finish on a couple of samples was faulty.
The biggest problem was that about 20 samples were not the model we had agreed upon.
